TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT OF DISABLED INDIVIDUALS TO PROVIDE CUSTOM OR SPECIALIZED PRODUCTS TO BUSINESSES IN THE SPRINGFIELD, OHIO AREA AND THE U.S. AIR FORCE. THE ORGANIZATION PERFORMS A VITAL ROLE BY REPAIRING AND MANUFACTURING AIR CARGO NETS FOR THE U.S. AIR FORCE. THE ORGANIZATION PRODUCES APPROXIMATELY 23,000 AIR CARGO NETS PER YEAR. ADDITIONALLY, THE ORGANIZATION PERFORMS METAL FABRICATION OPERATIONS SUCH AS PUNCHING, NOTCHING, SPOT WELDING, ASSEMBLING AND DRILLING TO PRODUCE PRODUCTS SUCH AS, DOOR STIFFENERS, CONVEYOR BUCKETS, AND CABINET BASES AND SHELVES.
