THE FOUNDATION HAS INITIATIVES THAT EMPOWER YOUTH.THE NBNY NATION BUILDING FOR NATIVE YOUTH LEADERSHIP TRAINING PROGRAM'NEXT' NEW EXTRAORDINARY LEADERSHIP PROGRAMINNOVATIVE AND HIGH IMPACT LEADERSHIP INSTITUTES/ACADEMIES, WORKSHOPS, MOTIVATIONAL SPEECHES AND COALITION BUILDING. THE FOUNDATION'S PRIMARY FOCUS HAS BEEN DEVELOPING SELF-ESTEEM, RESILIENCE, AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS AMONG NATIVE AMERICAN AND MINORITY YOUTH--ACTIVITIES WHICH GUIDE THEM TO SEEK AND BECOME FUTURE LEADERS IN THEIR COMMUNITIES. WE JUST SHOT A DOCUMENTARY ABOUT OUR NBNY TRAINING THAT WILL BE USED FOR A PRESENTATION ON HOW WE CAN AND WILL REVOLUTIONIZE EDUCATION BY PRIORITIZING A) THE UNIQUE CREATIVITY OF EACH STUDENT AND B) THE LEADERSHIP SKILLS TO TURN THEIR INDIVIDUAL CREATIVITY INTO A COMMUNITY OR BUSINESS PRODUCT.CHAMPIONS AGAINST BULLYING NEW PARTNERSHIP WITH PHOENIX FIRST LADY NICOLE STANTON AND HER ORGANIZATION, STOP BULLYING AZ. OUR GOAL IS TO REACH AND PRESENT ESTABLISHED AND PROVEN OLWEUS STOP BULLYING PROGRAMS IN 12 SCHOOLS AND 6 DISTRICTS THIS YEAR. STATEWIDE SUMMIT, WITH PROPOSALS TO THE BOYS AND GIRLS CLUBS AND YMCA'S TO DEVELOP A LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM INTERGERATED WITH THE THRIVETIME FINANCIAL ACUMEN GAME.
