MANAGES A LAKE SYSTEM, WHICH RECEIVES WATER FROM A STORM CONTROL DRAINAGE SYSTEM (9.1 SQUARE MILE AREA). 2. PROVIDES FACILITIES FOR NATIONAL, STATE, LOCAL AND SCHOOL BOARD ELECTIONS. 3. PROVIDES WATER RESOURCES FOR FIRE EMERGENCIES DUE TO THE LACK OF PUBLIC WATER AVAILBILITY (WELLS ONLY). 4. PROVIDES FACILITIES FOR NUMEROUS SCOUTING ORGANIZATIONS. 5. PROVIDES OUTDOOR FACILITIES FOR YOUTH GROUP SPORTS (SOCCER, BASEBALL, ETC). 6. MAINTAINS WATER FACILITIES IN CONJUNCTION WITH GUIDELINES SET FORTH BY THE NEW JERSEY FISH AND GAME DIVISION. 7.
