NEW JERSEY DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION - SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL PROGRAM FUNDS ARE USED FOR PROGRAMMING TO WORK WITH SCHOOLS AND COMMUNITIES TO SUPPORT IMPLEMENTATION OF SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL PROGRAMS WITH THE GOALS OF WHERE IT IS SAFE, GET KIDS WALKING OR BICYCLING AND WHERE IT IS NOT SAFE, MAKE IT SAFE.
