MATP IS A COUNTY-BASED PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES THIS TYPE OF TRANSPORTATION TO MEDICAL SERVICES FOR MEDICAL ASSISTANCE CONSUMERS WHO DO NOT HAVE OTHER TRANSPORTATION AVAILABLE TO THEM.
