JERSEY CARES WORKS WITH HUNDREDS OF NONPROFITS TO HELP THEM ANALYZE THE POTENTIAL FOR VOLUNTEERS TO HELP ACCOMPLISH THEIR GOALS. WE THEN RECRUIT VOLUNTEERS TO ACCOMPLISH THOSE GOALS THROUGH PROJECTS THAT RECUR AT EACH LOCATION ON A REGULAR BASIS AS WELL AS ONE-TIME EVENTS. IN THE LAST YEAR,JERSEY CARES CONTRIBUTED MORE THAN 2.3 MILLION TO NEW JERSE'S COMMUNITIES IN VOLUNTEER TIME, PROJECT SUPPLIES, COATS, CHILDREN'S GIFTS, COLLECTION DRIVE DONATIONS AND OTHER QUANTIFIABLE IMPACT.

JERSEY CARES ORGANIZES MOTIVATED INDIVIDUALS WITH BUSY SCHEDULES FOR TEAM ORIENTED SERVICE PROJECTS THAT EFFECTIVELY ADDRESS THE NEEDS OF NORTHERN NEW JERSEY. JERSEY CARES' GOALS ARE TWO-FOLD; TO PROMOTE THE ETHIC OF COMMUNITY SERVICE AMONG CONCERNED INDIVIDUALS AND TO CHANNEL VOLUNTEERS INTO ACTIVITIES WHICH ARE DIRECTLY INVOLVED INPRODUCING POSITIVE CHANGE IN THE LIVES OF PEOPLE WHO NEED HELP. JERSEY CARES' PROJECTS ARE NOT FOCUSED ON ONE PARTICULAR CITY. DUE TO THE COMMUNITY LIFESTYLE THAT MANY NEW JERSEYANS LEAD, JERSEY CARES WORKS WITH OVER 200 NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS IN PROVIDING A WIDE VARIETY OF VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES. TO DATE, JERSEY CARES HASRECRUITED OVER 5,000 VOLUNTEERS WHO HAVE CONTRIBUTED OVER 75,000 HOURS OF COMMUNITY SERVICE WITH AN AVERAGE OF 280 VOLUNTEERS PARTICIPATING EACH MONTH.
