Part 3
AUGUST 2020 CONCERT - ADRIAN DUROV & SHERRY SHIEH. DUE TO THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC, AND THE SUBSEQUENT SUSPENSION OF ALL ENTERTAINMENT IN THE STATE OF NEW YORK, THIS WAS OUR FIRST PERFORMANCE OF THE SEASON, FOR WHICH WE ALSO APPLIED FOR A GRANT FOR ADDITIONAL FUNDS VIA ROXBURY ARTS GROUP - THE NEW YORK STATE COUNCIL ON THE ARTS DECENTRALIZATION GRANT, WHICH WE RECEIVED $2,500.00 BECAUSE THERE WERE STILL SIGNIFICANT RESTRICTIONS, WE HAD THIS AS AN INVITATION ONLY PERFORMANCE, WHICH WE RECORDED FOR OTHERS TO VIEW AT A LATER DATE.
NOVEMBER & DECEMBER 2020 CONCERTS COMBINED TOGETHER (LARGEST 3 CONCERTS BY EXPENSE ITEMIZED PREVIOUSLY). GIVEN THIS WAS AN ABBREVIATED SEASON, THE PERFORMERS FEES WERE LIKEWISE ABBREVIATED, BUT DUE TO THE ADDITIONAL (EXCESSIVE) WORK TO SCHEDULE, RESCHEDULE AND RESCHEDULE AGAIN THE PERFORMANCES OF THE SEASON, THE ADMINISTRATION COSTS WERE ELEVATED TO SHOW THIS.
SEPTEMBER 2020 CONCERT - PUBLIQUARTET ENSEMBLE PERFORMED FOR OUR FIRST PUBLIC PERFORMANCE OF THE SEASON/YEAR. WE RENTED A TENT AND REQUIRED RESERVATIONS, DUE TO THE ONGOING COVID 19 RESTRICTIONS IN NYS.
OCTOBER 2020 CONCERT - TESLA QUARTET. OTHER THAN OUR MAIN GRANTOR, THE ROBINSON-BROADHURST FOUNDATION, WHOSE FUNDS APPLY TO THE ENTIRE SEASON'S OPERATING BUDGET, NO OTHER INDIVIDUAL GRANTS WERE APPLIED FOR. THIS WAS OUR FIRST IN-PERSON CONCERT INDOORS. WE DID REQUIRE RESERVATIONS.
