THE FOUNDATION IS A LICENSED HOME CARE PROVIDER. IT PROVIDES SERVICES TO CLIENTS THAT CAN BENEFIT FROM ASSISTANCE WITH PERSONAL SKILLS SUCH AS BATHING, LAUNDRY, LIGHT HOUSEKEEPING AND OTHER ACTIVITIES THAT CAN ENABLE PATIENTS TO REMAIN IN THEIR HOME ENVIRONMENT.
THE FOUNDATION OPERATES A RESIDENTIAL ADULT CARE FACILITY FOR THE INDIGENT ELDERLY. THROUGHOUT THE TAX PERIOD, THE FACILITY WAS NOT IN OPERATION AS IT IS UNDER RENOVATIONS DUE TO STORM DAMAGE.
