THE DISCOVERY CENTER IS A HANDS-ON INTERACTIVE CHILDREN'S MUSEUM SERVING THE SOUTHERN TIER OF NEW YORK AND NORTHEASTERN PENNSYLVANIA. THE CENTER ALSO RUNS EVENTS AND PROVIDES CHILDCARE. THE CENTER IS GIVEN THE USE OF THE PREMISES OWNED BY THE CITY OF BINGHAMTON.
