BUILDING - INCLUDES RENTALS OF APARTMENTS AND RETAIL SPACE TO INDIVIDUALS AND BUSINESSES. PROGRAM ALSO INCLUDES THE OVERALL OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE THEATER AND PORTIONS OF BUILDINGS USED BY OTHER PROGRAMS OF THE CENTER.


OTHER PROGRAMS: MOVIES - ONE OR TWO TIME SHOWINGS OF CURRENT FEATURE FILMS AND OLDER FILMS.
