YBH'S INCOMPARABLE PROFESSIONAL STAFF OF REBBEIM, MOROS, TEACHERS, AND ADMINISTRATION IS HEADED BY OUR MENAHEL, RABBI SHLOMO SCHWARTZ. RABBI SCHWARTZ IS KNOWN AS A PROACTIVE AND EFFECTIVE LEADER AND MECHANECH WHO RECOGNIZES THE IMPORTANCE OF BUILDING TRUSTING RELATIONSHIPS WITH ALL STAKEHOLDERS - FELLOW ADMINISTRATORS, FACULTY, PARENTS, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, THE CHILDREN. RABBI SCHWARTZ IS COMPLEMENTED BY ASSOCIATE MENAHEL RABBI BINYOMIN PERLSTEIN, GENERAL STUDIES PRINCIPAL MRS. ADRIENNE SHLAGBAUM, LIMUDEI KODESH GIRLS DIVISION PRINCIPAL MRS. CHANA FRUMIT STERN, MIDDLE SCHOOL GENERAL STUDIES PRINCIPAL RABBI YAAKOV RABINOWITZ, AND EARLY CHILDHOOD DIRECTOR MRS. PERELE MENDLOWITZ. YBH IS PRIVILEGED TO HAVE TWO DISTINGUISHED ROSHEI YESHIVA, RAV HERSHEL SCHACHTER, SHLITA, AND RAV MORDECHAI WILLIG, SHLITA, WHO SERVE AS MOREI DERECH TO THE YESHIVA. RAV SCHACHTER AND RAV WILLIG GUIDE AND ADVISE THE YESHIVA REGARDING PISKEI HALACHA, HASHKAFA, AND OVERALL CHINUCH POLICY. THE YESHIVA IS HOUSED IN A NEW, STATE OF THE ART CAMPUS THAT FEATURES A LAVISH SETBACK FROM THE STREET, PROVIDING A SECURE AND PLEASANT LEARNING ENVIRONMENT. THE BOYS AND GIRLS DIVISIONS ARE HOUSED IN SEPARATE WINGS OF THE SPACIOUS FACILITY, WHICH ALSO INCLUDES A BEIS MEDRASH, LIBRARY, LABORATORY, LUNCHROOM/AUDITORIUM AND GYMNASIUM. FOR ADDITIONAL RECREATION THERE IS AN INDOOR PLAY AREA FOR THE PRE-SCHOOL, TWO OUTDOOR PLAY AREAS FOR OUR YOUNGER STUDENTS AND A BASKETBALL COURT FOR OUR OLDER STUDENTS.
