PRIOR TO ITS SALE, LUTHERAN HOME AT MOORESTOWN (LHM) PROVIDED SUB-ACUTE REHABILITATION, SKILLED NURSING CARE, AND ASSISTED LIVING TO RESIDENTS THROUGH THE OPERATION OF A HEALTHCARE FACILITY LICENSED FOR 201 NURSING BEDS AND 64 ASSISTED LIVING BEDS ON A 13-ACRE CAMPUS IN MOORESTOWN, NEW JERSEY. LHM'S CAMPUS ALSO INCLUDED A REGISTERED HISTORIC BUILDING, THE BREIDENHART CASTLE. LHM WAS SOLD TO AN INDEPENDENT THIRD PARTY ON JANUARY 30, 2020 AND IS IN THE PROCESS OF CLOSING.
