TO PROMOTE FRATERNAL, HISTORIAL, EDUCATIONAL, SOCIAL, AND RECREATIONAL INTEREST AMONG VETERANS AND NONVETERANS OF THE VARIOUS BRANCHES OF SERVICES BY OPERATING A TAVERN/RESTAURANT OPERATION. THE OPERATION OPERATES TO BOTH PROMOTE INTERMINDLGLING BETWEEN VETERANS AND NONVETERANS, AS WELL AS TO PROVIDE COMMUNITY SERVICE BY DONATING TO OTHER CHARITABLE AND NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS.

Part 3 - Line 4a

OPERATION OF A RESTAURANT/TAVERN, SELLING ALCOHOLIC, NONALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND FOOD; AND OPERATING SMALL GAMES OF CHANCE. OPERATION IS FOR PURPOSE OF PROMOTING FRATERNAL, HISTORIAL, SOCIAL AND RECREATION INTEREST AMONG VETERANS AND NONVETERANS. THE ASSOCIATION OPERATES FOR THE BENEFIT OF MEMBERS ONLY. OPEN 7 DAYS PER WEEK FOR 100 PLUS HOURS PER WEEK.


THE LEGION PROVIDES SIGNIFICANT SUPPORT TO LOCAL HIGH SCHOOL SCHOLARSHIP FUNDS.
