SPECIAL RESERVE - GIFTS FOR YANKS: PROVIDES NUMEROUS ITEMS TO VETERANS ADMINISTRATION CARE FACILITIES (NOT PROVIDED IN THERI FEDERALLY FUNDED BUDGETS) FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF CARE FOR HOSPITALIZED VETERANS IN OHIO.
