ANNUAL AYF OLYMPICS - THE ANNUAL AYF OLYMPICS IS AN AMATEUR ATHLETIC COMPETITION HELD ON LABOR DAY WEEKEND IN DIFFERENT CITIES ON A LOOSE ROTATING BASIS. AMERICAN-ARMENIAN YOUTH BETWEEN THE AGES OF 16-28 COMPETE AGAINS ONE ANOTHER IN TRACK AND FIELD, SWIMMING, TENNIS, GOLF, AND SOFTBALL.
OTHER PROGRAMS, INCLUDING: 1) JUNIOR SEMINAR - THE JUNIOR SEMINAR IS HELD ON MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND EACH YEAR AT CAMP LUTHERLYN IN PROSPECT, PA. AN EDUCATIONAL EVENT GEARED TOWARD THE YOUNGER MEMBERS AGES 10-16. THE JUNIOR SEMINAR ATTRACTS BETWEEN 250 AND 350 YOUTHS EACH YEAR. JUNIOR SEMINAR EDUCATES PARTICIPANTS ABOUT ARMENIAN LEADERSHIP, HISTORY, CULTURE, DANCE, AND CURRENT AFFAIRS.
