ALL PROPERTY IS MAINTAINED FOR THE USE OF PENN STATE DUBOIS, A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION. PENN STATE DUBOIS, THROUGH THEIR WILDLIFE AND TECHNOLOGY PROGRAM, USE THE FACILITIES IN THE BARN AND PROPERTY FOR VARIOUS PROJECTS. FOR EXAMPLE, THEY SET UP CAMERA TRAPPING STATIONS FOR BOBCAT, BEAR AND FISHERS; AND THEY WILL AGAIN PERFORM OWL BANDING. ALL FUNDS DONATED TO THE ORGANIZATION ARE USED FOR THE UPKEEP OF THE PROPERTY WHICH IS USED BY PENN STATE DUBOIS, FREE OF CHARGE. THE PROPERTY WAS SOLD TO A CHARITABLE REMAINDER TRUST ON MARCH 1, 2018; HOWEVER, GLENDALE FOUNDATION STILL MAINTAINS THE PROPERTY THAT PENN STATE DUBOIS USES.
