CHAMPIONING HEALTHY ENERGY EFFICIENT REHAB (CHEER):CHEER PROGRAM PRIORITIZES CONSTRUCTION REHABILITATION AND INTERVENTIONS TO MAXIMIZE HEALTHY OUTCOMES FOR FAMILIES. CHEER MAKES HOMES HEALTHIER, SAFER, AND MORE EFFICIENT.
ASTHMA IN-HOME RESPONSE (AIR):AIR PROGRAM ASSISTS CHILDREN WITH ASTHMA BY ADDRESSING ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS AFFECTING THEIR ASTHMA THROUGH A PROCESS OF CASE MANAGEMENT, SUPPLY KITS, AND IN SOME CASES, CONSTRUCTION INTERVENTIONS.
SHARE THE HEALTH (STH): SHARE THE HEALTH IS HEALTHY HOUSING OMAHA'S PRIMARY ENTRY POINT TO PROGRAM SERVICES. IT ALLOWS EVERY PERSON THAT REQUESTS DIAGNOSTIC ENVIRONMENTAL TESTING (LEAD, RADON, AND AIR QUALITY) IN THEIR HOME TO RECEIVE HEALTHY HOUSING OMAHA'S HEALTHY HOME ASSESSMENTS REGARDLESS OF INCOME.
