HOUSING: RCHP-AHC OWNS 22 PROPERTIES THAT HOUSE DIVERSE LOW-INCOME TENANTS INCLUDING VETERANS, WOMEN AGING OUT OF FOSTER CARE, DISABLED ADULTS, AND OTHERS WITH SIGNIFICANT LIFE CHALLENGES THAT CREATE BARRIERS TO REMAINING SUCCESSFULLY HOUSED. WE ALSO LEASE ADDITIONAL UNITS FROM LANDLORDS AND SUBLEASE THEM TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES WHO WOULD OTHERWISE NOT QUALIFY FOR A DIRECT LEASE DUE TO LACK OF EMPLOYMENT HISTORY OR INCOME, OR OTHER FACTORS, INCLUDING REFUGEES AND ASYLUM SEEKERS.
