RESIDENTIAL SERVICES- OUR HOUSE PROVIDES COMPREHENSIVE COMMUNITY RESIDENTIAL LIVING SERVICES TO ADULTS WITH INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES AND A WIDE RANGE OF SUPPORT SERVICES. RESIDENTIAL SERVICES INCLUDE HOUSING AND RELATED DAILY LIVING ASSISTANCE AS WELL AS INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT SERVICES WHICH FOSTER INDEPENDENCE, ACHIEVEMENT OF PERSONAL GOALS AND ENCOURAGING COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT AND AWARENESS. OUR HOUSE DELIVERS THE RESIDENTIAL SERVICES IN GROUP HOMES AND SUPERVISED AND SUPPORTIVE LIVING APARTMENTS SETTINGS SCATTERED THROUGHOUT RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITIES IN VARIOUS NEW JERSEY COUNTIES.
SUPPORTS PROGRAM- PROVIDES SUPPORTED LIVING, EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING SERVICES TO ADULTS WITH INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. THESE SUPPORT SERVICES ASSIST PARTICIPANTS IN OBTAINING AND MAINTAINING COMPETITIVE EMPLOYMENT THROUGH SCREENING, JOB COACHING AND EDUCATION, WITH FOLLOW UP PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS.
DAY SERVICES- OUR HOUSE OFFERS QUALITY, INNOVATIVE, COMMUNITY-BASED DAY SERVICES THROUGH ITS HOPE AUTISM SOLUTIONS PROGRAM AND VOLUNTEER ACTION PROGRAM. THE HOPE AUTISM SOLUTIONS PROGRAM IS AIMED AT PROVIDING ADULTS WITH AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDER AND WITH PHYSICAL/MEDICAL ISSUES, AN ENVIRONMENT THAT SUPPORTS PERSONAL GROWTH, LEARNING, EMPOWERMENT AND SELF- ESTEEM. VOLUNTEER ACTION PROGRAM ALLOWS PARTICIPANTS TO VOLUNTEER THEIR TIME AND GIVE BACK TO THE COMMUNITY AS WELL AS EXPERIENCE RECEREATIONAL AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES.
