HOUSING: RCHP-AHC OWNS 25 PROPERTIES THAT HOUSE DIVERSE LOW-INCOME TENANTS INCLUDING VETERANS, WOMEN AGING OUT OF FOSTER CARE, DISABLED ADULTS, AND OTHERS WITH SIGNIFICANT LIFE CHALLENGES THAT CREATE BARRIERS TO REMAINING SUCCESSFULLY HOUSED. WE ALSO LEASE ADDITIONAL UNITS FROM LANDLORDS AND SUBLEASE THEM TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES WHO WOULD OTHERWISE NOT QUALIFY FOR A DIRECT LEASE DUE TO LACK OF EMPLOYMENT HISTORY OR INCOME, OR OTHER FACTORS, INCLUDING REFUGEES, ASYLUM SEEKERS, AND PEOPLE RETURNING TO THE COMMUNITY FROM PRISON.

GLOBAL GRACE VENTURES: GLOBAL GRACE CAFE, MARKETPLACE, WOODSHOP, AND FARMS ARE REFUGEE-RUN MICRO-BUSINESSES THAT PROVIDE FIRST JOBS AND JOB READINESS TRAINING TO NEWLY ARRIVED REFUGEES. GLOBAL GRACE HEALTH IS A MOBILE PUBLIC HEALTH TEAM THAT PROVIDES COVID AND FLU TESTING AND VACCINES AS WELL AS HEALTH INFORMATION TO UNDERSERVED COMMUNITIES ACROSS NJ.
