THE LONG-TERM OBJECTIVE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO REPRESENT EVERY CHILD IN THE FOSTER CARE SYSTEM IN FRANKLIN AND GASCONADE COUNTY, WHICH IS CURRENTLY AROUND 300 CHILDREN.
