PROJECT COMPASSION RECEIVES A FEE FOR THE PROCESSING OF THESE PAYMENTS AND THE EXPENDITURES FOR THEIR PROGRAM ARE THE PAYMENTS THEMSELVES AND OUTSOURCED PROCESSING FEES.
