THE PRIMARY MISSION OF THE LOUISIANA CULTURAL ECONOMIC FOUNDATION IS TO BE A CATALYST FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND ENHANCEMENT OF THE DISTRICT CULTURAL INDUSTRIES OF LOUISIANA BY PROMOTING THE ECONOMIC HEALTH AND QUALITY OF LIFE OF OUR CULTURAL ECONOMIC WORKFORCE.

Part 3

LCEF'S ACCESS TO CAPITAL PROGRAMS INCLUDE THE CATAPULT FUND, LOUISIANA CULTUREPRENEUR FUND AND CREATIVE INDUSTRIES SUMMIT. PROGRAMS SUPPORT ARTISTS, ENTREPRENEURS AND CREATIVES AS THEY GROW THEIR OWN REVENUE AND CULTURE-BEARERS TO ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT.


LCEF'S HEALTHCARE INITIATIVE PROVIDES SUPPORT TO ARTISTS AND CREATIVES FOR THEIR OVERALL WELLBEING BY ASSISTING THEM IN SIGN UP FOR THE AFFORDABLE CARE ACT AND BY CONNECTING THEM TO HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS. LCEF ALSO PRESENTS EVENTS THROUGHOUT LOUISIANA THAT SHED LIGHT ON THE NEED FOR SMOKE-FREE BARS AND CLUBS FOR MUSICIANS AND WORKERS
