EMCARTS DELIVERED SERVICES VIA THREE TYPES OF PROGRAMS IN 2021 ADAPTIVE FACILITATOR TRAINING INITIATIVES, ADAPTIVE LEADERS AS CULTURAL INNOVATORS, AND ADAPTIVE LEADERSHIP CIRCLES, FORORGANIZATIONS SINGLE ORGANIZATION SERVICES, NEW PATHWAYS FOR THE ARTS, STAGING CHANGE, AND BUILDING THE CAPACITY TO INNOVATE AND ADAPT AND FOR COMMUNITIES TO ADDRESS THEIR SELECTED COMPLEX-ADAPTIVE CHALLENGES WITHIN THEIR CITY COMMUNITY INNOVATION WORKSHOPS. AS PART OF TORONTOS STAGING CHANGE PROGRAM, 3 LOCAL FACILITATORS WERE TRAINED IN FACILITATION PRACTICES IN ORDER TO BUILD LOCAL CAPACITY AND FOSTER CONNECTIONS WITH THE CITYS PERFORMING ARTS COMMUNITY.
