MENTORINGTHE FOUNDATION HAS DEVELOPED A MENTORING COMPENDIUM THAT HELPS MENTORS HAVE A POSITIVE IMPACT ON ANOTHER PERSONS LIFE. THE COMPENDIUM CONSISTS OF 5 SHORT LESSONS, OR MODULES, THAT EXPLAIN VARIOUS CONCEPTS, TECHNIQUES, AND IDEAS THAT ARE IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND BEFORE ENTERING INTO A MENTORING RELATIONSHIP. THE MODULES ARE TO PROVIDE A PRACTICAL HANDS-ON APPROACH, WITH CHECKLISTS, CASE STUDIES AND OTHER MATERIALS. THE FOUNDATION IS WORKING ON A DEVELOPING A SOFTWARE PLATFORM TO EXPAND THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE THAT CAN BE POSITIVELY IMPACTED BY MENTORING.TRAIN RESTORATIONTHE FOUNDATION HAD BEEN ENGAGED WITH AN IMPORTANT TRAIN RESTORATION PROJECT IN GERMANY OVER SEVERAL YEARS. THE FOUNDATION PARTNERED WITH A CLUB OF MAYBACH ENGINE ENTHUSIASTS TO TAKE THE LEAD ON THIS PROJECT. AFTER PROVIDING SUPPORT FOR THIS RESTORATION, THE CLUB WILL COMPLETE THE PROJECT, AS THE FOUNDATION RETURNS TO ITS ORIGINAL ROOTS OF FACILITATING MENTORSHIP CONNECTIONS.MUSEUM PROJECTIN ADDITION TO THE TRAIN RES
