EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE NEEDS OF HANDICAPPED ANIMALS. BLIND CAT SANCTUARY CONTINUES TO OFFER DAILY VISITS WITH ITS RESIDENT CATS THROUGH VIRTUAL AND SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS.
