CORPORATE BUSINESS PROGRAMMING INCLUDES CUSTOM BUSINESS SOLUTIONS THAT PROVIDE WORKSHOPS FOCUSED ON BUILDING LEADERSHIP SKILLS AND RESPECTFUL, INCLUSIVE BEHAVIORS USING ACTIVITIES AND PRESENTATIONS AIMED AT BUILDING EMPATHY; EXAMINING BIASES AND PREJUDICES; AND INCREASING THE KNOWLEDGE, LANGUAGE, AND DIALOGUE SKILLS TO FORGE MEANINGFUL INTERGROUP RELATIONSHIPS. DURING THE YEAR THE ORGANIZATION HAD 130 TRAINING SESSIONS SERVING 5,568 PEOPLE.


OMAHA TABLE TALK IS A PROGRAM TO ENSURE EVERYONE HAS A SEAT AT THE TABLE - INVITING ALL TO TAKE PART IN AN OPEN AND HONEST DIALOGUE ABOUT RACE, ETHNICITY, AND OTHER FORMS OF DIFFERENCE.


INCLUCITY IS A LEADERSHIP PROGRAM FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS, DESIGNED TO EMPOWER YOUTH TO CREATE RESPECTFUL AND JUST COMMUNITIES. FOR FOUR DAYS, YOUNG ADULTS ENGAGE IN PRODUCTIVE DIALOGUE AND LEARN THE IMPACT OF PREJUDICE ON THEIR OWN LIVES AS WELL AS THE LIVES OF OTHERS.


LEADDIVERSITY IS A PROGRAM DESIGNED TO BUILD A NETWORK OF LEADERS DEDICATED TO CREATING LOCALIZED SOLUTIONS TO DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION OPPORTUNITIES IN NEBRASKA. LEADERS ENGAGE IN TOPICS THAT LEAVE THEM WELL VERSED AND EXPERIENCED IN ANTICIPATING DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION NEEDS IN THE WORKPLACE AS WELL AS THE COMMUNITY. LEADERS RECEIVE EXCEPTIONAL SKILLS TRAINING TO MOVE NEBRASKA WORKPLACES AND COMMUNITIES FORWARD. LEADDIVERSITY REDEFINES LEADERSHIP BOTH FOR THE INDIVIDUALS WHO PARTICIPATE AND THE ORGANIZATION AND BUSINESSES THEY REPRESENT.
