OPENED IN 2010, THE OASIS IS A 40-UNIT ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY WITH A 20 BED MEMORY CARE CENTER FOR LOW AND MIDDLE-INCOME SENIORS. THE OASIS PROVIDES 1 BEDROOM & STUDIO APARTMENTS WITH WALK IN SHOWERS; A DINING ROOM; ACTIVITY ROOM; BEAUTY SHOP AND LIBRARY. THE BUILDING IS LEASED IN ITS ENTIRETY TO CHRISTIAN CARE MESA II, INC. DBA FELLOWSHIP SQUARE HISTORIC MESA. FELLOWSHIP SQUARE HISTORIC MESA OPERATES ASSISTED LIVING SERVICES TO RESIDENTS AND IS CURRENTLY LICENSED FOR 66 RESIDENTS.
