PRODUCES EXPERIMENTAL EXHIBITIONS, PUBLIC ART INITIATIVES, PERFORMANCES, PUBLIC PROGRAMS, AND PUBLICATIONS WITH EMERGING AND UNDER-RECOGNIZED LOCAL, NATIONAL, AND INTERNATIONAL ARTISTS.
