TO PROVIDE THOUGHT-PROVOKING DIVERSITY TRAINING, LEADERSHIP GUIDANCE, AND CULTIVATE AN INCLUSIVE COMMUNITY WHERE EACH INDIVIDUAL IS VALUED AND RESPECTED. WE ARE THE PREMIER DIVERSITY EDUCATION ORGANIZATION IN ARIZONA.

ENGAGED CORPORATIONS, CITY AND STATE GOVERNMENT, EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS, HEALTH CARE ORGANIZATIONS, PUHSD STUDENTS HUMAN RESOURCES AND DIVERSITY PRACTITIONERS IN ARIZONA IN BUILDING AN INCLUSIVE ENVIRONMENT WITH DIVERSITY LEADERSHIP ALLIANCE. 2 HOSTED MONTHLY WORKSHOPS SERVING AN AVERAGE OF 1,200 CITIZENS OF THE STATE OF ARIZONA ON DIVERSITY TOPICS SUCH AS DEFAMATION, INTERFAITH CONVERSATION - RELIGION IN WORKPLACE, MACRO AGGRESSIONS, AND DECONSTRUCTING DOMINANT SOCIAL NORMS. 3 ANNUAL VIRTUAL WORKSHOP SUPPORTED BY CORPORATIONS, CITY AND STATE GOVERNMENT, EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS AND HEALTH CARE ORGANIZATIONS. 4 PROUD TO ALSO HAVE A MEDIA PARTNER, CH. 12 NEWS AND TEGNA FOUNDATION. AND 5 HOSTED SIX YOUTH WORKSHOP SESSIONS FOR PUHSD JUNIORS AND SENIORS WITH OVER 300 STUDENTS OVER THE SIX SESSIONS.
