TO ENHANCE THE OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE TO YOUTH IN THE CENTRAL LOUISIANA AREA BY CREATING FACILITIES AND PROGRAMS MAKING GOLF MORE ACCESSIBLE TO PEOPLE OF ALL DIVERSITIES AND SOCIAL STRATA; PARTICULARLY YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE AREA WHO OTHERWISE MAY NOT HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN AND PLAY THE GAME. IN ADDITION THE PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO TEACH AND ENHANCE THE LIFE SKILLS OF THE PARTICIPANTS INCLUDING HONESTY, COURTESY AND COMPETITION.
