WHENEVER OTHER FUNDING SOURCES ARE INADEQUATE OR NON-EXISTENT, EITHER DIRECTLY TO THE RESIDENTS, OR ON BEHALF OF RESIDENTS TO THE FACILITY IN WHICH THEY RESIDE. IN ADDITION, SCHOLARSHIPS ARE AWARDED TO LTC EMPLOYEES IN LTC FACILITIES FOR BRIDGE PROGRAMS SUCH AS CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA) TO LPN AND LPN TO RN.
