TO SUPPORT NONPPROFIT PUBLIC CHARITIES THAT ARE DEDICATED TO THE STUDY, PRESERVATION, AND PUBLIC DISPLAY OF CLASSIC AUTOMOBILES OR PUBLIC EDUATION REGARDING CLASSIC AUTOMOBILES.

THE ORGANIZATION MAINTAINS AND PRESERVES A COLLECTION OF HISTORICAL AUTOMOBILES AND MAKES THE COLLECTION OF AUTOMOBILES AND/OR MEMORABILIA AVAILABLE FOR LOAN TO THE SUPPORTED ORGANIZATIONS AND OTHER NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, FOR USE IN THEIR EXHIBITIONS AND/OR EDUCATION PROGRAMS. THE ORGANIZATION HAS PREVIOUSLY PLEDGED AND PAID FUNDS TO ONE OF ITS SUPPORTED ORGANIZATIONS TO ENDOW A SCHOLARSHIP IN TRANSPORTATION DESIGN AND TO FUND A CLASSIC AUTOMOBILE DESIGN COMPETITION.DURING 2023, AGREEMENTS WERE ENTERED INTO TO TRANSFER THE ASSETS OF THE FOUNDATION UPON THE PASSING OF THE FOUNDER, PETER MULLIN. MR. MULLIN PASSED AWAY IN SEPTEMBER OF 2023 AND STEPS WERE TAKEN TO BEGIN THE PROCESS OF TRANSFERRING THE ASSETS OF THE FOUNDATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AGREEMENTS. IT IS THE INTENTION OF THE FOUNDATION TO WIND DOWN ITS AFFAIRS IN 2024.
