THE CHALLENGE PROGRAM IS A BRIDGE BETWEEN SCHOOLS AND BUSINESS TO PROVIDE INCENTIVES TO PROMOTE STUDENTS' ACADEMIC SUCCESS. HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS ARE AWARDED MONETARY INCENTIVES IN FIVE AWARD CATEGORIES: ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE, COMMUNITY SERVICE, STEM (SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING, AND MATH), ATTENDANCE AND ACADEMIC IMPROVEMENT.
