PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION AND MEALS FOR TENANTS OF 65 UNITS OF LOW INCOME TENANTS OVER THE AGE OF 65. HAVE BEEN INSTRUMENTAL IN SETTING UP THE PROVISION OF DENTAL HEALTH CLINICS AND AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAMS FOR THE TENANTS. WE HAVE ACQUIRED 3 UNITS IN SOLANA BEACH, CA IN ORDER TO ENSURE THAT THEY MAINTAIN THEIR AFFORDABILITY. WE HAVE ALSO BEEN INSTRUMENTAL IN THE REHABILITATION OF SAGEWOOD MANOR APARTMENTS IN TWENTYNINE PALMS, CA TO PRESERVE THE AFFORDABILITY OF THIS PROPERTY.
