IN THIS CAPACITY, LACDC PROVIDES FINANCIAL RESOURCES AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, THROUGH FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL PARTNERSHIPS, TO THE STATE'S SMALL BUSINESS ENTERPRISES.
