WE DO THIS BY CULTIVATING THE LEADERSHIP CAPACITY OF YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULTS, ENGAGING THEM IN WORKING TO IMPROVE THEIR COMMUNITY AND SUPPORTING COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT.
