Describe the Organization's Program Activity:

Part 3

OUTPATIENT MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT PROGRAMS: OUR ORGANIZATION EXISTS TO ASSIST PERSONS IN NEED, WHETHER OR NOT THEY ARE FINANCIALLY ABLE TO PAY. WE HAVE CREATED A BENEVOLENCE FUND WHICH ASSISTS CLIENTS TO RECEIVE COUNSELING. ALL OF OUR THERAPISTS ARE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS AND ARE THEREFORE PAID ON A PERCENTAGE-PER-SESSION BASIS. FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR THE ORGANIZATION IS DERIVED FROM CONTRIBUTIONS FROM THE GENERAL PUBLIC, PRIVATE FOUNDATIONS, AND FEES CHARGED FOR SERVICES. REDUCED FEES ARE BASED ON THE ABILITY OF THE CLIENT TO PAY. OUR BENEVOLENCE FUND HAS ALLOWED US TO ASSIST CLIENTS WITHOUT PENALIZING THERAPISTS FOR ACCEPTING REDUCED-FEE SESSIONS.
