D/B/A THE HARRY AND JEANETTE WEINBERG CAMPUS ("WEINBERG CAMPUS") IS AN EXEMPT ORGANIZATION AND IS THE SOLE MEMBER FOR 8 EXEMPT OPERATING SUBSIDIARIES INCLUDING MENORAH CAMPUS ADULT HOME, INC. WEINBERG CAMPUS, THROUGH ITS OPERATING SUBSIDIARIES, OFFERS A VARIETY OF LIVING OPTIONS AND CUSTOMIZABLE CARE PROGRAMS TO MEET THE NEEDS OF SENIORS IN WESTERN NEW YORK. THE SERVICES PROVIDED RANGE FROM INDEPENDENT LIVING APARTMENTS WITH SUPPORTIVE SERVICES AVAILABLE AS NEEDED TO A MORE STRUCTURED ADULT HOME SETTING, TO SOCIAL AND MEDICAL DAY PROGRAMS, SHORT TERM REHABILITATION, A NURSING HOME, HOME CARE, AND A MENTAL HEALTH RESIDENCE. WEINBERG CAMPUS IS A LEADER IN DEVELOPING THOUGHTFUL APPROACHES TO THE CHALLENGES OF AGING AND STRIVES TO CREATE HOME-LIKE ENVIRONMENT THAT ASSISTS INDIVIDUALS TO LIVE ACCORDING TO THEIR NEEDS AND VALUES. WEINBERG CAMPUS PROVIDES SERVICES TO APPROXIMATELY 2,000 INDIVIDUALS ON AN ANNUAL BASIS. MENORAH CAMPUS ADULT HOME, INC. ("THE ADULT HOME") IS COMPRISED OF A 66-BED ADULT HOME AND A 30-BED ASSISTED LIVING PROGRAM. THE ADULT HOME IS IDEAL FOR OLDER ADULTS WHO NEED ASSISTANCE AND SUPERVISION TO FEEL SAFE AND SECURE. THE ADULT HOME RESIDENTS TYPICALLY MOVE INDEPENDENTLY ON FOOT OR USE A WHEELCHAIR OR WALKER. THEY REQUIRE MINIMAL SUPERVISION AND ASSISTANCE WITH BATHING, DRESSING, AND GROOMING. THE ASSISTED LIVING PROGRAM RESIDENTS TYPICALLY REQUIRE MORE SIGNIFICANT ASSISTANCE WITH WALKING OR USING A WHEELCHAIR AND MOVING FROM BED TO CHAIR. THEY USUALLY NEED EXTRA HELP WITH BATHING AND DRESSING. FEATURES INCLUDE: NURSING SUPERVISION, SPECIALLY-TRAINING CARE COORDINATORS, AND LICENSED NURSING PERSONNEL WHO ASSIST RESIDENTS WITH MEDICATIONS, BATHING, DRESSING, PERSONAL GROOMING, TOILETING, AMBULATION AS NEEDED, NUTRITIONAL SERVICES (3 MEALS PER DAY), EMERGENCY CALL SYSTEM, 24 HOUR SECURITY, HOUSEKEEPING, LINENS AND LAUNDRY SERVICE, AND ACTIVITIES PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES GROUP AND INDIVIDUAL ATTENTION FOR RESIDENTS TO ENJOY. ALSO INCLUDED IS ACCESS TO ALL CAMPUS AMENITIES: GIFT SHOP, DELI, BANK, COMPUTER ROOM, BARBER SHOP, AND BEAUTY SALON. THE ADULT HOME IS ONE OF THE SPECIALIZED, BEST-IN-CLASS SENIOR ENVIRONMENTS AT WEINBERG CAMPUS. BY OVERLAPPING A WIDE RANGE OF COMPLIMENTARY PROGRAMS AND SERVICES, RESIDENTS CONTINUE TO ENJOY THE FULLEST CHOICES FOR THEIR CHANGING NEEDS.
MENORAH CAMPUS ADULT HOME, INC. OPERATES A LICENSED HOME CARE AGENCY WHICH PROVIDES A VARIETY OF PERSONAL CARE SERVICES AND ASSISTANCE WITH DAILY TASKS TO HELP CLIENTS REMAIN AT HOME FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE. THESE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY NURSES, HOME HEALTH AIDES, AND PERSONAL CARE AIDES. SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE 24 HOURS A DAY, SEVEN DAYS A WEEK. HOME CARE SERVICES CAN BE PROVIDED ON AN INTERMITTENT OR ONGOING BASIS, DEPENDING ON NEED.
