SWPC ASSISTED 35 INCOME QUALIFIED HOMEOWNERS WITH APPROXIMATELY $115,000 IN HOME REPAIRS. WE ARE A NYS & LOCAL CHDO, AND COMPLETED 2 GUT-REHABILITATIONS, MARKETING COMPLETED HOMES TO 1ST TIME INCOME-QUALIFIED HOMEOWNERS. WE REFERRED 15 PEOPLE TO OTHER AGENCIES FOR ASSISTANCE, INCLUDING FORECLOSURE PREVENTION, ELDER CARE AND ADAPTIVE HOME MODIFICATIONS. APPROXIMATELY 15 INDIVIDUALS AND SMALL BUSINESSES RECEIVED BUSINESS PLANNING ASSISTANCE THROUGH OUR PARTNERSHIP WITH THE SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER AT SUNY GENESEO AND ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS WITH OUR EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR.
