TO INCREASE BLOOD DONATION IN THE WESTERN NEW YORK COMMUNITY THROUGH A BLOOD BANK SERVICE. ALSO, TO KEEP DONATED BLOOD WITHIN WESTERN NEW YORK FOR LOCAL PATIENTS AT LOCAL HOSPITALS.
