THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO ADDRESS BARRIERS TO INDEPENDENT LIVING THROUGH RESEARCH, EDUCATION AND PROGRAMS, HCR CARES ENHANCES AVAILABLE SERVICES, MIRRORING THE COMMUNITIES WE SERVE BY FOSTERING BEST HOME HEALTH CARE PRACTICES AND IDENTIFYING NEW WAYS TO SERVE THOSE FOR WHICH THEIR INDEPENDENCE IS CHALLENGED.
