INDEPENDENT LIVING- PROMOTES INDEPENDENT LIVING FOR OLDER VERMONTERS. SERVICES INCLUDE COMMUNITY AND HOME DELIVERED MEALS, TRANSPORTATION, IN-HOME SERVICES, AND NUTRITION EDUCATION.


INDIVIDUAL ADVOCACY- PROVIDES VARIOUS SERVICES TO SUPPORT INDEPENDENCE OF OLDER VERMONTERS, INCLUDING CASE MANAGEMENT, INFORMATION AND ASSISTANCE, HEALTH INSURANCE COUNSELING, BENEFITS COUNSELING, AND LEGAL ASSISTANCE.


NATIONAL FAMILY CAREGIVER- PROVIDES INFORMATION, SUPPORT AND RESPITE CARE FUNDING FOR FAMILY CAREGIVERS AND PROMOTES THE WELL-BEING OF THE CAREGIVERS.
