INDIVIDUAL ADVACACY - PROVIDES VARIOUS SERVICES TO SUPPORT INDEPENDENCE OF OLDER VERMONTERS, INCLUDING CASE MANAGEMENT, INFORMATION AND ASSISTANCE, HEALTH INSURANCE COUNSELING, BENEFITS COUNSELING, AND LEGAL ASSISTANCE.
