THE VISITING NURSES ASSOCIATION OF WNY INC. (VNA) IS A CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH AGENCY THAT PROVIDES HOME HEALTH CARE. THE VNA PERFORMS SKILLED NURSING SERVICES, REHABILITATION SERVICES (PHYSICAL THERAPY, OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY, SPEECH THERAPY, MEDICAL SOCIAL WORK AND NUTRITIONAL SERVICES, HOME HEALTH AIDE). THESE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO PATIENTS OF ALL AGES AND BACKGROUNDS IN THE COMFORT OF THE PATIENTS HOME. IN ADDITION, THE VNA ALSO HAS A DEDICATED TEAM OF WOUND SPECIALISTS THAT ASSESS AND HELP MANAGE MILD TO ADVANCED WOUNDS.
