WE LOOK FORWARD TO CONTINUING TO SERVE OUR PATIENTS FOR MANY MORE YEARS TO COME. WE STRIVE TO BE HOME HEALTH CARE LEADERS IN THE COMMUNITIES THAT WE SERVE, AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO BY BEING FOCUSED ON QUALITY, SERVICE, AND TECHNOLOGY.
