MAIN OPERATING GRANT- PROGRAM SERVICES DESIGNED TO PROVIDE A VARIETY OF SERVICES TO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES, INCLUDING: INFORMATION AND REFERRAL, ADVOCACY, PEER COUNSELING AND INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS TRAINING, PLUS OTHER SERVICES AS NEEDED TO INCREASE INDEPENDENCE AND COMMUNITY INCLUSION OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES.
OTHER SERVICES
LONG CARE OMBUDSMAN - PROGRAM SERVICES ARE TO PROVIDE OMBUDSMAN SERVICES TO RESIDENTS OF CLINTON COUNTY LONG-TERM CARE FACILITIES. THIS INCLUDES DIRECT ADVOCACY WITH NURSING HOME RESIDENTS AND RECRUITMENT, TRAINING, AND SUPERVISION OF VOLUNTEER OMBUDSMEN.
