CDPHP PROVIDES HEALTH CARE BENEFITS TO EMPLOYER GROUP MEMBERS AND INDIVIDUALS IN OUR COMMUNITY. AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2022, 74,159 MEMBERS WERE ENROLLED IN COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS.
CDPHP'S MEDICAID, HARP, AND ESSENTIAL PLANS PROVIDE HEALTH CARE BENEFITS TO 129,514 MEMBERS IN NEW YORK STATE.
CDPHP'S MEDICARE PROGRAM PROVIDES HEALTH CARE BENEFITS TO 43,770 MEMBERS IN NEW YORK STATE.
