UPSTATE GASTROENTEROLOGY, LLC IS A SINGLE-MEMBER LLC OWNED 100% BY DEPT. OF MEDICINE MEDICAL SERVICE GROUP. THEIR MISSION IS TO PROVIDE A PRACTICE SITE FOR THE ACADEMIC GASTROENTEROLOGISTS AT UPSTATE MEDICAL UNIVERSITY TO DO PROCEDURES.
