TO PROVIDE RELIEF TO LOW INCOME WORKING FAMILIES BY SUPPORTING BETTER HOUSING INCLUDING PROGRAMS: 1)PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND 2) COUNSELING SERVICES; SEMINARS AND TRAINING TO ASSIST LOW INCOME PERSONS. TO PROVIDE RENOVATIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS OF LOW INCOME HOUSING INCLUDING LOW INCOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS BY RESPONSIBLE CONTRACTORS THAT PROVIDE FAIR WAGES. TO PROVIDE RELIEF FOR NEEDY INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE TEMPORARILY UNABLE TO PAY FOR THEIR HOUSING NEEDS FOR REASONS SUCH AS NATURAL DISASTERS OR INDUSTRIAL DISPUTES AND ARE THREATENED WITH HOMELESSNESS BECAUSE OF ACCUMULATED RENT ARREARAGES OR MORTGAGE DEFICIENCIES.
