DAY PROGRAM SERVICES: OFFER AN OPPORTUNITY FOR CONSUMERS TO WORK ON PERSONAL GOALS IN A GROUP SETTING. THE PROGRAM OFFERS DAILY REREATIONAL AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES AS WELL AS OUTINGS. A COMPONENT OF THE PROGRAM OFFERS A WILDLIFE EDUCATION OUTREACH GROUP KNOWN AS THE WILDLIFE ROCKSTARS, WHO ARE TRAINED IN THE CARE OF NATIVE AND EXOTIC WILDLIFE AND PROVIDE WILDLIFE EDUCATION PROGRAMS TO SCHOOL AGED CHILDREN, NURSING HOMES, DAY CARES AND THE COMMUNITY AS A PART OF THEIR REHABILITATION.


SERVICE COORDINATION: SERVICE COORDINATORS WORK DIRECTLY WITH SURVIVORS TO DESIGN AN INDIVIDUAL PLAN CUSTOMIZED TO THEIR NEEDS TO SUPPORT THEM LIVING AS INDEPENDENTLY AS POSSIBLE AND PREVENT NURSING HOME PLACEMENT.
